P.A. Properties and Golden Arches sign Lease to serve growing communities in San Pedro, Laguna

P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation and Golden Arches Development Corporation (GADC), the operator of McDonald’s Philippines, formally sealed a leasing agreement for a new McDonald’s branch in Baranggay Langgam, San Pedro, Laguna, through a ceremonial contract signing held at the P.A. Properties Alabang Office.

The upcoming McDonald’s branch will serve the growing communities of P.A. Properties in Laggam, San Pedro, Laguna, reinforcing the shared commitment of both organizations to building accessible, inclusive, and sustainable communities.

Present at the ceremonial signing from Golden Arches Development Corporation were Luke T. Tan, Vice President – Restaurant Portfolio, and Ferlon I. Manalad, Real Estate Director. Representing P.A. Properties were Romarico T. Alvarez, Chairman of the Board, Jonathan G. Lu, Vice Chair, and Peter Jude T. Alvarez, Director.

“This partnership is about more than convenience—it’s about strengthening communities and improving everyday life for our homeowners,” said Romarico T. Alvarez, Chairman of the Board of P.A. Properties.

Jonathan G. Lu, Vice Chair of P.A. Properties, added, “By bringing trusted brands closer to where people live, we help create vibrant, self-sustaining neighborhoods.”

The new McDonald’s branch is envisioned to become a community hub—supporting local employment, stimulating economic activity, and contributing to a walkable and well-integrated neighborhood.

The ceremonial signing marks another milestone in P.A. Properties’ mission to work with like-minded partners in building future-ready, sustainable communities for Filipino families.

PCPPI BRAVEHEARTS RUN FOR PLANET EARTH

In support of a waste-free future, employees from Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI) recently participated in the 2024 Earth Day Run at the Mall of Asia grounds in Pasay City. The said event is the country’s first eco-friendly run, as all runners were required to bring their own hydration bottles to help cut down on plastic waste. Over 30 PCPPI Bravehearts from its Headquarters, National Key Accounts, Metro Operations Services, and Southern Tagalog Region Operations each completed the five-kilometer race route as part of the organization’s advocacy. This year’s Earth Day Run was staged by Runrio Inc. and supported by the Tzu-Chi Foundation Philippines.
